I have to contrast this. When I evaluated Super TCP, I sent 5 or 7
problems to Frontier's tech support and never got an answer or a call
back. This was more than a year ago, and certainly they may have
changed. In dealing with Netmanage, in the past I've not gotten replies
from tech support, but lately (e.g., today) have gotten prompt answers.
As a beta tester I've corresponded with developers who are responsive and
helpful.
While support is very important, I think both these companies have
experienced difficult growth pains at different times, and the
responsiveness of their tech support can be highly variable.

Where does one get this version 1.0B? Its not FTP.UTAS.EDU.AU, the home of
trumpet.
